Great location with direct access to the station and the nearby Aeon mall. Impressive breakfast selection and friendly staff make it feel like home.

staying here was fantastic with a short walk to the nearby aeon mall and just over a kilometer from the beautiful chitose shrine, making it perfect for leisurely city strolls and park views.

Had a great stay in Chitose! Super close to the station, and the AEON mall across the street was super handy. Breakfast blew me away-really great spread! Only downside, the room was a bit too warm for my liking.

Comfortable beds and convenient location.

My stay was quite disappointing due to the outdated facilities. The air conditioning in my room was non-functional, making it uncomfortably stuffy. Additionally, it took me over 15 minutes to find the hotel because of unclear directions. The fact that I had to drag my luggage over an unsheltered overhead bridge to get to the hotel was very inconvenient.
