staying here was fantastic with a short walk to the nearby aeon mall and just over a kilometer from the beautiful chitose shrine, making it perfect for leisurely city strolls and park views.

Super close to the station, and the AEON mall across the street was super handy. Breakfast blew me away-really great spread! Only downside, the room was a bit too warm for my liking.

Comfortable beds and convenient location.

The air conditioning in my room was non-functional. It took me over 15 minutes to find the hotel because of unclear directions. The fact that I had to drag my luggage over an unsheltered overhead bridge to get to the hotel was very inconvenient.

This hotel is a hidden gem located right next to Chitose Station. The convenience of having a shopping mall inside the train station is unbeatable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided a delicious spread of Japanese cuisine.

Everything was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
